4. Vijnanamaya Kosha (The Wisdom Body)
The Vijnanamaya Kosha is the layer of intuition and wisdom. It represents higher knowledge, discernment, and self-awareness. When we tap into this kosha through deep meditation, self-reflection, and scriptural study (Svadhyaya), we develop clarity, insight, and inner guidance.
5. Anandamaya Kosha (The Bliss Body)
At the core of our being lies the Anandamaya Kosha, the sheath of pure joy and bliss. It is the experience of unity, love, and connection with the universe. This kosha is often accessed in deep meditation or states of profound inner peace, reminding us of our true nature beyond the layers of illusion.
